To save time and money, the following information listed below is needed to help expedite the loan process:
- Income:
- Employer names and addresses for the past 2 years.
- Most recent pat stubs covering two months and last two years’ w-2 forms (1099’s if applicable)
- If any income is earned with commission or bonus: last two years’ federal tax returns with all schedules.
- If self-employed: last two years’ personal and business tax returns and year-to-date profit and loss statement with balance sheet.
- Documentation on other income: alimony, child support, VA benefits, social security, pensions, etc.
- Rental income: copy of lease(s) plus the past two years’ tax returns.

- Assets: last two months’ complete bank, credit union, or brokerage statements for checking and savings accounts.
- Residence addresses for the past two years. If renting, names and addresses of landlords for the past two years.
- Social security number of borrower(s).
- Miscellaneous:
- Bankruptcy: Complete documents including all schedules and final discharge.
- Amount of child support paid (if applicable) and copy of divorce decree and/or separation agreement.
- Check, cash or money order for credit report fees.
