The Application

To save time and money, the following information listed below is needed to help expedite the loan process:

  1. Income:
    1. Employer names and addresses for the past 2 years.
    2. Most recent pat stubs covering two months and last two years’ w-2 forms (1099’s if applicable)
    3. If any income is earned with commission or bonus: last two years’ federal tax returns with all schedules.
    4. If self-employed: last two years’ personal and business tax returns and year-to-date profit and loss statement with balance sheet.
    5. Documentation on other income: alimony, child support, VA benefits, social security, pensions, etc.
    6. Rental income: copy of lease(s) plus the past two years’ tax returns.
  1. Assets: last two months’ complete bank, credit union, or brokerage statements for checking and savings accounts. 
  2. Residence addresses for the past two years. If renting, names and addresses of landlords for the past two years.
  3. Social security number of borrower(s).
  4. Miscellaneous:
    1. Bankruptcy: Complete documents including all schedules and final discharge.
    2. Amount of child support paid (if applicable) and copy of divorce decree and/or separation agreement.
  5. Check, cash or money order for credit report fees.
